Ingredients

2 cans Mexican-style corn

1 can Diced green chilis

1 bunches Scallions

1 piece Jalapeno

3 cups Cheddar cheese (shredded)

1/2 cup Sour cream (light

1/2 cup Mayonnaise (light)

Preparation

Chop scallions and peppers, add the rest of the ingredients and mix.

Enjoy with tortilla chips
