Ingredients

1/2 pound Ground Beef [lean]

1/3 cup Onion [diced]

1/3 cup Cheddar Cheese [sharp, shredded]

1/4 cup Bisquick

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/2 cup Milk

2 Egg [whites only]

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 8x4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

  2. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Spread in pan; sprinkle with cheese. In small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Pour into pan. 3

  3. Bake about 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
