Ingredients
75 g Alter Eco Dark Blackout Organic Chocolate
1/4 cup Buddha Bowl Himalayn Sweetness Sweet and Salty Organic Popcorn
1 bag Alter Eco Cherry + Almond Butter Chocolate Clusters
Preparation
Line a plate with parchment paper. Set aside.
Over a double boiler, melt Alter Eco dark chocolate, stirring regularly using a spatula.
When melted, pour over the prepared parchment paper. Use spatula to spread evenly.
Top with Buddha Bowl popcorn and Alter Eco coconut clusters.
Transfer to the fridge until set. Break using your hands or cut into large pieces.
