Ingredients

1 VEGETABLES

8 cups Green Beans [cut in bite size pieces]

2 pounds Carrots [peeled and cut in 1.2 inch slices]

1 bunch Celery [cut in 1/2 inch slices]

6 cups Cucumbers [cut in 1/2 inch slices, if large then cit slices in half]

1 head Cauliflower[cut in bite sized pieces]

2 cans Kidney Beans [drained and rinsed, 15 ounce]

1 teaspoon Salt

6 cups PICKLING LIQUID

2 cups Water

2 cups Cider Vinegar

2 cups Sugar

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Celery Seeds

Preparation

  1. Cook green beans, carrots, celery, and cauliflower in separate pots till just fork tender. They should still be a bit crunchy!!DO NOT cook them together!

  2. After veggies are all cooked, mix together in a large bowl with cucumbers and kidney beans.

  3. Fill jars with the mix.

  4. Mmix liquid ingredients together and heat until sugar dissolves.
