Ingredients
2 cup FLour
1/2 cup Cocoa powder
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/3 cup milk
Preparation
Cream shortening and peanut butter. Add sugar and cream again.
Stir in eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Mix dry ingredients separately, then add to peanut butter mixture alternating with milk.
Drop onto ungreased baking sheet by spoonfuls, press with fork or glass coated in flour.
Bake at 400 degrees, 8-10 minutes - don’t overbake!
