Ingredients
2 box Mac & cheese
2 bags Mexican roasted corn
2 cans Beef Chili
2 box Corn Bread mix
1/2 bag Grated mexican blend cheese
Preparation
Prep mac & cheese. Add chili and a little of the cheese; stir and spread into greased baking pan.
Evenly top chili mac with corn & the sauce pellets and cotija cheese that also come in the bag.
Prepare corn bread batter and spread over top. Top with remaining cheese and bake uncovered.
