Ingredients
3/4 cup Rice vinigar
1/2 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon hot chili flakes
3 tablespoon soy sauce
Preparation
Add all ingredients into a heavy metal sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. be careful not to burn. Reduce to 1/2 c. stirring constantly. 8 to 10 min.
Can be made a week in advance
