Ingredients
3 cups Spanish onion chopped
1 1/2 cups Tomatoes chopped
1 1/2 tablespoon White Vinegar
1 Garlic clove chopped
1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
1 teaspoon Tomato paste
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Tumeric
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon olive oil
4 Boneless chicken breast
1 1/2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes cut into 1 inch pieces
1 can Chicken Broth
Preparation
Combine first 12 ingredients in food processor to make paste. Heat oil in skillet and add paste, cook 5 minutes. Add potatoes and cook 5 minutes. Add chicken, cook 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and cook 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
