This is one of my favorite slow cooker recipes. It makes a lot, so for 2 people it lasts  almost the whole week.  You can put whatever you like for toppings on the soup. I like avocados, sour cream, and cheese. I tried making these baked tortilla chips again and some of them turned out a little more brown than the others did. Other chips didn’t get baked all the way through so they weren’t very crispy. You think baking your own tortilla chips wouldn’t be a hard thing to do, but to get them just a golden brown color is kind of hard. Oh well. 1 cup serving sizes
