2 teaspoons Pepper powder
1 cup Ginger garlic paste
2 Egg
1 Buttermilk
2 All-purpose flour
1 Pepper powder
1 Garlic powder
1 Oregano powder
2 Cooking oil
Preparation
Take 500g of Boneless Chicken Breast and place it on the board Use meat mallet and flatten and tenderize the meat to break up the stringy fibers Cut strips as big or small with Knife Put it in a bowl add 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 Tbsp Soy sauce 1 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp white pepper powder 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 Beaten Egg 1/3 cup buttermilk Now mix it with a spatula and cover it with the foil and keep it inside the refrigerator and let it marinate for 20 minutes
Now take another bowl And add 1 Cup All Purpose flour 1/2 tbsp pepper powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp oregano powder Now whisk it all Now Dip all pieces of marinated Chicken into that flour and keep it on a tray And take a pan and on medium-high heat fry the chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown And strain I with the strainer and take off all the chicken pieces And garnish It with Tomato ketchup and Mint leaf!
