Ingredients
2 g 2 chicken breats, sliced in half longwise
2 box boxes crimini mushroom
1 g onion, diced
1 teaspoon Better Than Bullion – chicken, in cup of warm water
3 teaspoons Greek seasoning for flour
1 teaspoons cinnamon, paprika, sage for potatoes
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups italian bread crumbs
2 cups marinade milk, garlic, Mae Ploy
Preparation
In one cast iron pan, saute one onion, diced. move to pan with mushrooms.
pour flour in bowl add Greek seasoning. Add extra oil to pan. Dredge chicken breasts in flour and add to hot oil in cast iron pan.
in other pan with mushrooms and onions, add 1 cup of condensed Better Tahn Boullion, a glug of milk, a large pat of butter, and about a cup of marsala.
pull some oil/flour from the pan with the chicken and add to the marsala/mushroom pan. simmer to thinken
may need to cook chicken breasts a bit longer, and rotate through the pan, adding oil.
put chicken back in the cast iron pan; pour mushroom/onions over chicken. Let flour/oil bubble in shroom mix that is poured over the chickne breats
serve over roasted potatoes
slice chx breast in half and soak in marinade overnight.
