Ingredients
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/8 cup Lemon juice
3/4 cup Brown sugar
2 teaspoons Dried rosemary
2 tablespoons Dijon or Spicy Brown mustard
1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
2 teaspoons Garlic powder
6 Chicken breasts or 3.5 lb
2 teaspoons Salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except chicken. Wisk together. Remove 1/2 cup for basting the chicken later.Place chicken in marinade in large Ziplock bag. Refrigerte for 4-24 hours. Place chicken breasts on grill 5-6 minutes each side.
