8 ounces GROUND CHICKEN
1 GARLIC MINCED
1 can WATER CHESTNUTS SLICED
1/2 tablespoon OYSTER SAUCE
2 stalks SCALLIONS
1 head BIB LETTUCE
Preparation
ADD OIL TO FRYING PAN OVER HIGH HEAT. ADD CHICKEN AND GARLIC AND STIR FOR 6-8 MINUTES
TURN DOWN HEAT. ADD WATER CHESTNUTS, OYSTER SAUCE TAMARI AND SCALLIONS
