Ingredients
1 pound chicken thighs, sliced
1 sweet onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, red, green or yellow, sliced
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 garlic, minced
2 dashes hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
marinated the chicken in worcestershire, soy, cider vinegar, chili powder, garlic and hot sauce for 1 hour.
cook chicken strips for 5 minutes, stirring. Add onion and bell peppers and continue to cook for 3 minutes.
