Ingredients

1 kg Chicken without bone

2 sticks Spring onion

2 tablespoons Ginger Garlic Paste

1 tablespoon Ghee

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Chili Flake

1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

1 teaspoon Sugar

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 teaspoon Chili Paste

1 cup Egg

1 tablespoon Water

1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves

2 tablespoons Milk

1 cup All Purpose Flour

1/2 cup Corn Starch

1 cup Bread Crumbs

1/2 cup Mozeralla Cheese

1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Preparation

Step 1 In a mixer jar add 1 kilo Chicken without bone, then add 2 sticks Spring onion finely chopped, then add 2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste grind them. Take the mixture in the bowl add 1 tablespoon Ghee, Then add 1 teaspoon Salt, then add 1 teaspoon Chili Flake, then add 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder, then add 1 teaspoon Sugar, then add 1 teaspoon Baking Soda, then you can also add 1 teaspoon Chili Paste (Optional), after that 1 Egg Yolk, then add 1 tablespoon Water. Mix them well. And cover the mixture with the plastic cover. Rest it for 30 minutes in refrigerator.

Take a bowl add Egg White and 2 tablespoon milk, Whisk it.

In other hand, take a bowl add 1 small cup of all purpose flour. Then small ½ cup Corn Starch. Then finely chopped Coriander Leaves 1 tablespoon. Then 1 teaspoon Salt. Mix it well.

Take on other hand a bowl add 1 cup bread crumbs.

On the other hand take a bowl add ½ cup 125 ml Mozeralla Cheese, then add 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning (Optional). Mix it well.
