Ingredients

1 piece chicken scraps from whole chicken

1 piece large clove garlic, peeled

2 stalks celery, cut crosswise with leaves if available

0.5 bag baby carrots

1 piece bay leaf

2 sprigs Parsley

1 teaspoon tarragon

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1/2 teaspoon dillweed

1 batch water to cover all ingredients

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a crock pot

Allow to simmer to desired thickness

Filer through a stainer, sieve, or cheesecloth

Store in refrigerator to remove desired fat level.
