Ingredients

1 bag Barbara’s Original Cheese Puffs

3 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into tenders

1 pinch Kosher Salt

1 pinch Freshly Ground Black Pepper

1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour

2 pieces Eggs, whisked with 1 tbsp. water

1 bottle Ranch Dressing

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper.

Crush Barbara’s Original Cheese Puffs into crumbs, set aside.

Season chicken tenders generously with salt and pepper, then cover in flour.

Dip chicken tenders in the egg mixture, and then coat in Barbara’s Original Cheese Puffs crumbs.

Place chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.

Serve hot, with ranch dressing for dipping and enjoy!
