Ingredients

12 ounces Cottage Cheese

6 ounces Cream Cheese softened

1/4 cup Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

1/4 cup Butter melted

1 1/2 cups Milk

2/3 cup Flour

1/2 teaspoon Salt

3 pieces Eggs large

Preparation

  1. FOR THE FILLING: Mix at medium speed cottage cheese, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla until smooth

  2. FOR THE CREPES: MIx melted butter, milk, flour, salt and eggs together, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
