Ingredients
1 pound Italian sausage
1 tablespoon Olive oil
4 tablespoon Butter
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
3/4 cup White wine (dry vermouth)
1/4 cup Parsley (finely chopped)
1/2 cup parmesan (grated)
1 tablespoon Cream
1 pound Cavatappi
Preparation
Cube sausage and cook with olive oil in saute pan. Set aside
Melt butter (brown slightly if desired). Add garlic and saute
Deglaze with wine. Reduce
Add sausage and cook for 3 minutes or so
Add cream, parmesan, parsley and cook until slightly thicker
Combine with pasta and serve
