Ingredients
1 Carrot
1/2 Onion
1 tablespoon Grated Ginger
1 tablespoon Miso Paste
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1.25 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup Canola Oil
1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil
Preparation
Peel and slice carrot
Loosely chop onion and sauté in a little olive oil
Puree carrots, onions and ginger in food processor, until smooth
Add sugar, salt and miso, until smooth
Add oils and vinegar, combine to desired texture
