Ingredients
1 1/4 cups flour, all purpose
2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/4 cup crunchy or smooth peanut butter
1 1/4 cups milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Preparation
In medium bowl, sift flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In small bowl beat egg, beat in peanut butter until well mixed. Stir in milk and butter. Slowly stir in flour mixture only until dry ingredients are well moistened Drop onto hot griddle. Turn pancakes over when bubbly.
