Ingredients
1/2 cup Granulated garlic
1/2 cup New Mexico chili powder
1/2 cup Pasilla chili powder
2 tablespoons Chile de Arbol, crushed (optional).
2 tablespoons Cumin, ground.
2 tablespoons Celery seed, ground.
6 tablespoons Onion powder
1 tablespoon Mexican oregano, ground.
1 cup Smoked paprika
1/2 cup Black pepper
2 tablespoons Coriander, ground.
3/4 cup Kosher salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a container of your choice. Prefferebly, an air tight container if mix is going to be stored to be use multiple times.
