Ingredients

2 tablespoons Raw Local Honey

1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

.5 teaspoon Sea Salt/Himalayan Salt

.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

2 Garlic Cloves, crushed

.25 cup Balsamic Vinegar

.75 cup Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse until well blended. Add a bit of water if the dressing is too thick. The thickness of the balsamic vinegar will determine if water is needed.
