Caramel apple cider mimosas are the perfect Fall breakfast drink. Super easy to make and only require 2 ingredients. Mimosas are the ultimate breakfast drink and are usually made with orange juice. Normally, I’m not a fan of mimosas with orange but any other fruit juice like cranberry or apple I’m down for. This salted caramel apple cider hit the spot.  Aldi has this caramel apple cider out right now and I knew I wanted to make some kind of festive drink for Fall with it.  When most people think of apple cider they want it warmed up but have you ever tried apple cider with champagne? I like this drink served with cold juice and if you have never tried apple cider cold it’s really good. Champagne isn’t the only think you can spike up apple cider with. Fireball whisky is good, any whipped or vanilla vodka would also be good.

What do I need to make Caramel Apple Cider Mimosas?

How to Make Caramel Apple Mimosas

Tips for Caramel Apple Cider Mimosa

The perfect ratio for Mimosas is 3 parts Champagne to 2 parts cider. This recipe works with any type of fruit juice. I’ve tried pineapple and cranberry ass well, with wonderful results! Using store-bought juices is less labor-intensive if you are lazy like me. If you want to go all out and make your own fresh apple cider, by all means go for it. That would have to be a whole separate blog post just for homemade apple cider. I have never done this before but it is something I’d like to try at least one time in my life. If you can’t find the caramel apple cider mix some caramel sauce with apple cider together.
