Ingredients

2 cans Canned Sardines

2 l Eggs

2 cloves Garlic clove

1/4 bunch Parsley

2 tablespoon Pepperoncini pepper, pickled

1 cup Bread crumbs, gluten free

1 tablespoon Asiago or hard cheese

1 l lemon

Preparation

Place all ingredients into a large bowl and gently mix, do not mash.

Roll fish mixture into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes or more

Place 2 - 3 into air fryer and cook at 400 for 15 minutes

Serve garnished with lemon juice and chopped parsley
