Ingredients
400 grams Spinach (fresh, own vapour + touch of butter)
300 grams Bread (firm, crust removed, 1 hour with milk)
60 grams Parmesan
200 milliliters Milk
180 grams Flour
2 Eggs
1 pinch persil, nutmeg, salt, pepper
Preparation
Bread in 1cm3 cubes with milk (used Pain Complet Moulu Landemaine) (1 hour)
Spinach the regular way
mix all, leave in fridge 1 hour
