Ingredients

400 grams Spinach (fresh, own vapour + touch of butter)

300 grams Bread (firm, crust removed, 1 hour with milk)

60 grams Parmesan

200 milliliters Milk

180 grams Flour

2 Eggs

1 pinch persil, nutmeg, salt, pepper

Preparation

  1. Bread in 1cm3 cubes with milk (used Pain Complet Moulu Landemaine) (1 hour)

  2. Spinach the regular way

  3. mix all, leave in fridge 1 hour
