12 ounces Good quality cheddar

2/3 cups Beer

1 tablespoon Corn flour

1 dash Cayenne

1/2 cup Salsa mild to med

Preparation

med heat. Pour beer in pan. Warm it. Slowly add grated cheddar. Slurry the cornflour with beer. Add to cheese mixture. Stir for 3 mins. Add salsa and cayenneto taste.
