Ingredients
1/3 cup fresh grated parmesan
1 can anchovy fillets, drained
3 tablespoon lemon juice
2 clove garlic
2 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 coddled egg yolk
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
mix all but oil in food processor or blender or immersion blender in mix until smooth
while blender/processor is running, add olive oil in in a steady stream and mix until smooth
