Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds Boneless skinless chicken thighs

1 pound Boneless chicken breast

1 cup Plain full fat yogurt

1/2 cup Whipping cream

2 Large onions diced

2 cups Crushed canned tomatoes

1/2 cup Powdered raw cashews

1/2 cup Powdered almonds

1 tablespoons Ginger paste

1 tablespoon Garlic paste

2 tablespoons Tomato paste

1 cup Fresh coriander chopped

2 teaspoons Garam masala

4 Cardamom pods

1 teaspoon Whole cumin

1 1/2 Cinnamon stick

1 teaspoon Chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon Ground coriander

1/2 teaspoon Tumeric

1/2 teaspoon Salt

2 tablespoons Butter

4 wedges Lemon juice

1 Thai chilli

Preparation

Mix yogurt with cashew and almond powder, garam masala, chilli powder, tumeric, coriander, garlic, ginger, crushed tomato, tomato paste and salt. Mix and refrigerate 10 minutes.

add bite size pieces of chicken to yogurt mixture. Marinate over night

melt butter, add cumin, cinnamon, cardamom and fry 2 minutes. Add onion and caramelize.

add chicken mixture and cook 45 minutes. Stir in fresh coriander, lemon juice and cream and summer 10 minutes.
