Ingredients
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Iodized Salt
6 dashes Ground Cinnamon
2 dashes Ground Nutmeg
2 sticks Unsalted Butter
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Cane Sugar
2 tablespoons Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
172 grams Fortified Breakfast Oatmeal
Preparation
In a medium bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, 4 dashes of ground cinnamon, and 1 dash of ground nutmeg.
In a small bowl, whisk together the oatmeal, 2 dashes of ground cinnamon, 1 dash of ground nutmeg, and 3/4 tablespoon vanilla extract.
In a mixer, mix 2 sticks room temperature butter, brown sugar, cane sugar, and 1 1/4 tablespoons vanilla extract.
Slowly add eggs to mixer and mix.
In two parts, add dry mix from medium bowl into the mixer and beat at low speed.
Add oatmeal mix from small bowl and mix.
Preheat oven at 350 degrees with fan on.
Bake for about 12 minutes with fan on.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
