5 smart points | 203 calories Greek yogurt has been pretty life changing since the new Weight Watchers Free Style program rolled out. Non fat plain greek yogurt is zero smart points. You can use it as a sour cream replacement, make 2I Dough with it, and make it into savory dips like buffalo chicken dip. Greek yogurt can also be a substitute for cream cheese and that is how I used it in this dip. Chicken, buffalo wing sauce (½ cup) and greek yogurt are all ZERO and this buffalo chicken dip is pretty low in points minus the cheese. Hurray! To make this recipe,  I made 8 equal dough balls out of the 2I dough and brushed that with some butter and ranch seasoning. Then in a bowl I mixed the yogurt, ranch, cheese, chicken, and buffalo sauce. Placed the dough balls around the edge of the skillet and the buffalo chicken dip in the middle. If you run out of dough balls just make sure to have some extra chips lying around or some celery sticks if you want to keep it really low in points. Some Corn Good Thins would also be good as well. 🙂
