Ingredients
1/2 bag Frozen Hash Browns
5 Eggs
1 cup Shredded Cheese
6 slices Bacon
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian Herb Mix
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet or pizza stone with heavily-oiled foil.
In a large bowl, combine hash browns, 1 - 2 well-besten eggs, 1/4 cup cheese, and seasonings. Transfer to the baking sheet and pat into a THIN round. Bake until golden brown, 20 - 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut up the bacon, cook it, and put it aside to drain.
Top cooked crust with remaining cheese, bacon, and crack eggs on top.
Bake until egg whites are set and yolks are cooked to desired convenes, about 10 - 12 minutes.
