Ingredients

1/2 head Head of cabbage

2 tablespoons Butter

1/2 piece Onion

1 cup Water

1 tablespoon Vinegar

2 teaspoons caraway seeds

1 teaspoon Salt

Preparation

Melt butter in a skillet. Add cabbage (sliced 1/4 inch thick) and onion (sliced 1/4 inch thick). Sauté for about twenty five minutes.
