Ingredients

2 pounds chicken breast cut into 1/2" cubes

2 tablespoons oil, olive

1 garlic, crushed

1/4 teaspoon ginger, minced

3/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/4 cup apple juice

1/3 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon cider vinegar

1/2 cup water

1/3 cup soy sauce

Preparation

Heat oil,cook chicken until light brown. Remove chicken and add ingredients to pan. Cook a few minutes, then add chicken. Bring to a boil and reduce heat, cook for 20 minutes. Serve with rice.
