Ingredients

2 cups Peanut Butter - fresh ground

3 tablespoons Honey

2 1/4 cups Rolled Oats

1/2 cup Chocolate Chips - dark or semi-sweet (can be vegan)

Preparation

Combine peanut butter and honey - add salt if peanut butter is unsalted - in large glass bowl.

Heat in microwave in 30 second increments and stir (typically 2 is enough) just to combine and soften.

Add Rolled Oats and incorporate.

Cool enough to add choc chips without melting them.

Spread in thin layer on sheet pan and chill for 30min in freezer.

Cut into bars
