Ingredients

2/3 cup heavy cream 

2 tablespoons honey 

10 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped

Preparation

Stir together cream and honey in a small saucepan; bring just to a boil. Remove from heat. Add chocolate; stir until smooth.
