Ingredients
1 pound Pork sausage
1 1/2 ounces Pioneer Peppered sausage gravy
1 cup Cheddar cheese (grated)
6 pieces Eggs
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 teaspoon Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 package Grand Biscuits (8 count)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 pan.
Break biscuits into 1 inch pieces. Line bottom of pan with pieces.
Brown sausage and scatter over biscuits.
Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
Whisk eggs, sausage, salt, pepper. Pour over cheese.
Make gravy according to package.
Pour over cheese.
Bake @ 350 30-45 minutes.
