Ingredients

1 pound Pork sausage

1 1/2 pounds Pioneer Peppered sausage gravy mix

1 cup Grated cheddar cheese

6 Eggs

1/2 cup Milk

1/4 Salt & pepper (to taste)

1 package Grands Biscuits (8 count)

Preparation

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 pan

Break biscuits into 1 inch pieces & line bottom of pan with pieces.

Brown sausage & scatter over biscuits.

Sprinkle cheese over biscuits.

Whisk eggs, salt, pepper & milk. Pour over cheese.

Make gravy according to package.

Pour over cheese.

Bake @ 350 for 30-45 minutes.
