Ingredients
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter or vegan substitute
2 cups Vegetable broth
1 tablespoon Tamari or Soy Sauce
1 pinch Thyme
1 teaspoon Rosemary
1 dash Black Pepper (fresh ground)
1 drops liquid smoke
1 1/2 tablespoons Cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
Preparation
Brown butter and flour in a small sauce pan
Stir in remaining ingredients - EXCEPT water and cornstarch, whisking to mix well
Bring to a boil
Mix cold water and cornstarch separately until smooth
