Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Cheese spread

2 teaspoons Horseradish

3 tablespoons Pimentos, diced

1 tablespoons Cottage cheese

3 tablespoons Mayonnaise

Preparation

Allow cheese to come to room temperature.

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate to allow the spread to firm a bit. Regular pimento cheese can be substituted. And of course, suit the level of horseradish to your own tastes.
