Ingredients
1.5 pounds Beef shin
10 Shallots
1 Garlic
2 Galangal
3 chillies
1 can Coconut milk
1 teaspoon Lemongrass powder
Preparation
Cube the beef shin
crush shallots and garlic
Slice chillies
Slice galangal
Put everything into a pot
Add lemongrass powder
Add tin of coconut milk
Slowcook for at least 3 hours
