Ingredients

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

12.8 ounces Kielbasa Smoked Sausage

3 cloves Garlic - Minced

1 Onion - Vidalia or Yellow

3 Carrots - Peeled and Diced

2 stalks Celery

30 ounces Great Northern White Beans

1/2 teaspoon Oregano - Dried

2 Bay Leaves

4 cups Chicken Stock or Broth

3 cups Baby Spinach

1 teaspoon Salt

1 tablespoon Pepper

2 tablespoons Season it all - Optional

Preparation

Heat olive oil in any large pot over a low medium heat.

Add sausage and cook until lightly brown. 3-4 minutes.

Add chicken stock, garlic, onions, carrots, celery, beans, oregano, salt, pepper and bay leaves.

Cover and Cook for 30 minutes

Add baby spinach

Cover and Cook an additional 5 minutes

Remove bay leaves and serve.
