Ingredients
1 pound Ziti pasta, cooked
1 pound Ground Breast Turkey
1 1/2 links Turkey Sausage, large links, smoked and already cooked
15 ounces Cottage Cheese, low fat, small curd
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
1 piece Egg, slightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
28 ounces Marinara Sauce, bottled
8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, shredded, low fat
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil pasta and set aside. Brown ground turkey (you may need to add olive oil to the pan), drain and set aside.
Slice up Turkey sausage into halves, and then quarters. Then mix into browned ground turkey.
Mix all ingredients, except the mozzarella cheese and pasta, in a very large bowl. Then add the pasta. Then scoop the mixture into a 13 x 9 inch cooking pan.
Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture.
Place in oven and cook for 20 minutes or until it gets bubbly.
