1 1/2 pounds Ground pork

1-2 tablespoons Soy sauce

1 can Unsweetened coconut milk

3 tablespoons Fish sauce

2 tablespoons Garlic, finely minced

8 cube Ginger, large cubes

8 cube Lemongrass

1 tablespoon Soy sauce

2 tablespoons Brown sugar

3 tablespoons Cilantro, minced

1 Chili, small red, finely sliced for garnish

3 tablespoons Basil, chopped-as desired

Preparation

Combine first seven ingredients in a medium bowl until mixed thoroughly. Form meatballs in large golf-ball size rounds. Place on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees oven for 8 minutes, turn , and bake another 5 in Utes. do not over-bake. Remove from oven and rest.
