Ingredients
1 pound Red Snapper Filet
4 tablespoons Butter
2 cloves Garlic
4 dashes Worcestshire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Homemade Cajun Spice
1 teaspoon Parsley Flakes, dried
4 tablespoons Plain bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray baking dish with a nonstick spray or spread Oliver oil on the bottom of the baking dish.
in a skillet, melt butter with all herb ingredients, and then cook a minute o two.
Brush both sides of the fish filet with the butter mixture.
Place bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in the butter mixture.
Spread the butter mixture on top of the fish, using fingers if you need to, so that it is spread across the whole filet.
Depending on the thickness of the filet, bake about 12 to 20 minutes.
