Ingredients

3 Chicken Breasts

1 can Canned corn

1 can Black beans

2 cups Salsa

4 ounces Cream cheese

2 1/2 cups Rice

2 cups Cheddar cheese/ Mexican cheese for topping

Preparation

Pour these ingeadiants in order into the crockpot, corn, black beans, chicken breasts-frozen or thawed, salsa.

Then cook in crockpot 6-8 hours on low or until chicken is cooked all the way. About 20 min before serving add cream cheese, cook till melted.

Serve over rice and top with cheese, enjoy!
