Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
2 Roma tomato
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
1/2 Jalapeno, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons Green onions, chopped fine
12 ounces Bay shrimp
Preparation
Add all ingredients in a bowl and combine carefully without mashing the avocado. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with tortilla chips.
