Ingredients
48 small tomatoes, peeled and chopped
5 medium green peppers, chopped
6 small long hot peppers, chopped
6 small onions, chopped
8 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon allspice
1 tablespoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon cloves
5 1/2 cups vinegar
Preparation
Put all of the ingredients into a large pot and cook for 3 or 4 hours until fairly thick. Do not cover.
