Ingredients
1 package yellow cake mix
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 egg, well beaten
8 ounces cream cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 box powdered sugar
Preparation
With a fork, mix together the cake mix, margarine, and beaten egg. Press this mixture onto the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Mix together cream cheese, 2 beaten eggs, and powdered sugar. Beat for 5 minutes. Pour over the bottom crust mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. While hot, sprinkle remainder of box of powdered sugar on top of cookies.
