Ingredients

2 cups pumpkin

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon cloves

1/4 teaspoon allspice

1/4 teaspoon ginger

4 eggs

2/3 cup brown sugar

2/3 cup sugar

2 cups milk, scalded

2 9 inch pie shells

Preparation

Combine pumpkin, salt, and spices. Add eggs and sugars to mixture. Combine and add scalded milk slowly to mixture. Stir and pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 pies.
